We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at support@bighiza.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how to send your item back.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll issue a full refund (minus shipping, if applicable) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it immediately — no need to send it back.
